MLB Spring Training and WBC are coming soon
January 23, 2009
Well, the baseball off-season is almost over, and while its been a great off-season in terms of news and development, we are ready for the season to start. Its been a long wait, butnow we get to see how these new look teams are going to perform during the MLB season. First off, you definitelty want to check out Yankees vs Red Sox. The site has some great content, and the observations are rigth on.
And as fans know, the sooner you get MLB tickets, the better of you are. We’ve found that Ticket Liquidator is the best site for baseball tickets. They’ve got the lowest prices and the largest selection. In fact, if you are looking for any kind of sport ticket they are the way to go.
There have been quite a few MLB Trade Rumors the off-season, probably the most talked about TRADE (not aquisition) involves Jake Peavy. The Cubs had been atop the news as far as trading for him, but so far nothign has happened.
Another rumor involved the Boston Red Sox and the Florida Marlin’s Hanley Ramirez. There was talk that the Sox were trying to get their once-prospect back. You’ll recall that Ramirez was traded to the Marlins for Josh Beckett and Mike Lowell. Well the marlins have given him a huge contract, so it doesn’t make a lot of sense for them to get rid of them. But the rumers were that the Red Sox were going to give up Jacoby Ellsbury and Clay Buchols for him, the same dude that pitched a no hitter for them in 07.
